Change is possible and we DO get better! I have experienced this personally and have witnessed it again and again in my 20+ years as a psychotherapist. I have been privileged to accompany countless individuals, couples and families on their journey to health and wholeness. Healing the past, relating to others with greater intimacy and authenticity, communicating more effectively and creating meaning as we grow and change are just some of the possibilities positive, compassionate and *effective therapy can offer. If your problems could be solved by good advice alone, you would have figured them out long ago. Problems that are difficult confound your efforts to move forward leaving you stuck. Let's have a DIFFERENT KIND OF CONVERSATION one that moves you towards clarity, changes behaviors and results in your feeling and doing better. I provide a confidential environment for you to come as you are and discover the internal resources that you already possess. I offer the patience for you to work through the difficulties that constrict you and I'll give the wisdom, empathy and support you deserve for the willingness it takes to begin this journey.

LMFT #32927 (Expires: 2021-05-01)
I’ve already written a review for her, but even a few months later Sonia continues to adapt to my ongoing needs. She’s been a great listener and has always offered helpful advice and ways for me to calm my mind and carve out time for myself. Talking to her is honestly an ongoing highlight of my week. Sometimes I let out a good cry, sometimes a good laugh, and sometimes I just feel less alone.
Sonia is by far the best, most attentive, and thoughtful therapist I’ve encountered in my 9 years of therapy. The work I’ve done with her guidance has helped aspects of both my professional and personal life. I give her my highest recommendation.
I’ve been seeing therapists for many years, but Sonia is by far the best I’ve had. Our time is well balanced between her listening and talking. She’s so good about asking questions to really understand my frame of reference and never pushes towards an agenda. There is room to let things breathe here and just be me, in my thoughts, whatever they are. This room, along with her empathy, encouragement, support, and excellent observations, has helped me tackle some really deep problems and change my negative thinking. Chemistry is everything when it comes to a therapist and I feel the chemistry here is just perfect.
Sonia is strong in character and compassion. She is truly an amazing therapist.
Sonia is unbelievably caring. Even though I’ve never met her in person, I truly feel loved, cared for, and supported by her. I usually cry and thank her by the end of our sessions. I am always blown away by her compassion toward me and am incredibly grateful to her for her work with me.
Sonia has been extremely helpful in identifying what I need to work on and defining the process that I need to take in order to get unstuck.
I believe Sonia Blue has helped me more in two months than my previous therapist of two years. I enjoy our sessions immensely and cover a lot of ground because she is so knowledgable.
Sonia got to the heart of my issues within minutes and made it quite clear what we can tackle. I also felt quite heard, validated and inspired. I'm so excited to be working with her. I foresee my life getting a lot easier.
Sonia is amazing.
I am more than happy with Sonia's help. She's tough when she needs to be but also gentle enough where I can tolerate exploring painful stuff. Her 20+ years of being a therapist shows with every session.
