Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sophie Archer. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Sophie is amazing! She's the first therapist I've had who I feel really listens to and analyzes what I say, and she expresses sympathy and concern in a way that feels warm yet professional. She challenges me to examine my feelings, and thanks to her, I've been able to see some things from a different perspective. I never feel judged by her. I'm always surprised about how much she knows about so many things. I know I'm in good hands with Sophie and would whole-heartedly recommend her.

Sophie is very compassionate and a good listener. During the course of our sessions, I always felt like she was focused on helping me and providing guidance through a difficult time. She really understood the essence of my struggles and gave me the feeling that she did understand my perspective. I can only recommend her!

Sophie is one of the most empathetic, understanding, and thoughtful people I have ever met. As a counselor, she is kind and compassionate. She is also curious and asks the perfect questions that show she really listens, nudging me to think about things in new ways that I never would have been able to without her. She has helped and continues to help me make significant progress in my mental health journey.

I really look forward to my weekly sessions with Sophie and they have been nothing short of transformative. Not only do I feel heard, valued, validated and respected, but she has set me up with the tools I require to navigate difficult relationships for life. She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and so, so good at her job! Anybody would be lucky to have her as their therapist and I could not recommend her more!
