About me

I am what I'd like to call a person-centered licensed professional therapist; I tailor the treatment modalities/interventions to the person. I love what I do because I love interacting with and helping people. I've been in the psychology /counseling field for over 25 years. I am certified in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization), and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy). But most importantly, I have a strong desire to see people happy and functioning at their desired level.

Stacey is awesome. My previous counselor would tell me what I wanted to hear but Stacey tells me what I need to hear! That’s something that definitely need.

Stacey is great. She is very intuitive and supportive. She listens and isn't afraid to share her own experience and interject her own opinions which I really appreciate.

Stacey Floyd was a very attentive therapist! She told me some things that will stick with me for a long time when it comes to how to handle the relationships in my life. She targeted the issues I presented to her, and definitely help me overcome some things. If you want a personable, constructive, and positive experience I highly recommend her.
