I am a licensed mental health therapist in Hawaii with 20 years of professional work experience. I enjoy working with clients of all ages including children, teenagers and adults with a variety of presenting needs as well as multicultural counseling with clients including Asian-Americans, Black-Americans, immigrants and LGBTQIA+ clients. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
