Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Stacey Herrera. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
My experience with Better help and my counselor have been nothing short of life changing for me. I've been in therapy since I was 14 with very little long term progress. Usually I hit a point where it's no longer effective or helpful. This has not been my experience with Stacey. She has helped me take a deeper look into what makes me tic and the trauma Ive been holding onto. The strategies and techniques she has given me have been incredibly helpful and I've been able to actually implement them. My mental health has skyrocketed since I began here. I still have a very long way to go but the progress I have made this time has me hopeful for the future and I can see daily how much I'm growing and healing. She definitely has made a huge impact. I also greatly appreciate that she is still taking classes and expanding her knowledge base continuously. It gives me confidence that she will be able to continue giving me new and better insight to my mental health journey.
