I am a Colorado licensed professional counselor and licensed school counselor with over 13 years of experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, couples and families in both private practice and school settings. The majority of my experience includes helping clients navigate stress and anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, family conflicts and parenting challenges. I believe the foundation of all therapeutic relationships is built on compassion, empathy and respect. My approach to therapy is solution focused, while integrating cognitive behavioral strategies and mindfulness practices.
