About Me

“Anyone can tell you what to do, but the true ability to grow comes from understanding who you are.”

In 15 years of clinical practice, I've realized that within our uniqueness, we have one thing in common: We are all constantly writing our life stories. Many of us are passive biographers, believing that our book is already written, and that the ending is set in stone. Here's the secret: Our lives are not linear, and we have the power to edit our narrative at any--and every--moment. While we cannot change our past, we can learn to change our perspective of it. Once we unlock our unconscious defenses, we gain insight about who we've become and unleash the potential to transform into who we authentically want to be.

When entering any new relationship, it is perfectly healthy--and encouraged-- to take the time you need to test it out and make sure it feels right. I promise to meet you where you are, and provide you with the tools to explore yourself deeper and make transformations at your own pace. I will support you to find the strength and motivation that will allow you to be more open and committed to making the changes you desire. In our time together, we will explore the full range of your emotions, including feelings that you may not be aware of--yet! Bringing these unconscious elements into your present experience offers you a series of a-ha moments that lay the foundation for greater self-awareness and enable you to live your best life.

If you're ready to dig deep, it is my honor to join you on your journey. Let's remove the barriers that are blocking you from realizing your wants, needs, and actualizing your full potential!

Stacey is a wonderfully warm person to talk to with a good sense of humor and approach to having a conversation. She's great at breaking down ideas or scenarios with you in a relevant and relatable way that's been very helpful for me. I would strongly recommend her work.

Stacey let’s you work at your own pace and is willing to let you focus on your main concerns and areas that you would like to. Very flexible and willing to go at your pace. That is excellent to me. She listens and talks to you but also challenges you to conduct yourself in a certain manor even when you’re not in therapy. She’s very understanding and also strait forward and listens to you and brings things back up that you’ve said earlier in the session. She’s awesome !

I've only been working with Stacey a short time but in this short time I have gotten so much insight on myself from her. I felt an instant connection with her and peace knowing she understood me right off the bat. I also loved the work she does in a Therapy session, she doesn't just sit and let you ramble, she interacts with you and gently guides you to realizations within yourself. She's amazing and I'm looking forward to continuing to learn more and grow from Stacey's wisdom.

Stacey helps me to feel empowered, safe, in control, and supported in my growth. I've finally been able to make progress in personal goals that I never expected to and were a long time coming. I'm grateful to have a therapist like her whose able to confront me when necessary and remind me of my successes so I can continue moving forward.

I was always hesitant to start therapy again after a failed first attempt, but Stacey really changed my outlook on the overall process and has shown me therapy can be way more impactful than I thought. She understands my main concerns and needs very well and pushes me to think in different ways that help me better understand myself, and the ways I think better than I ever thought I could. She's the best!

I appreciate how she speaks and the language she uses in our sessions. Somehow someway I can get lost in cliché and become subject to how I think my life is supposed to be, but she supports and helps me see that "this [my] life" and that is okay. She encourages me to go deeper and reassures me that my words are enough.

Stacey is all-around amazing. Her insight and expertise are delivered in a gentle and kind way, and I am learning so much about myself. Sessions with her are thought-provoking and effective. I would recommend her with the greatest enthusiasm.

Stacey is the best therapist I have had so far. I've tried many therapists, both on this site and in person, and she is, by far, the best I've had! She gives lots of great insights and feedback, listens to my concerns and thoughts, and is never judgmental. We chat throughout the week and our tele-sessions always go by super fast because we are so engaged. I'm so thankful I found Stacey <3

Stacey can see and hear what’s going on with me without me having to say much, and it’s a huge relief to be understood in that way. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a therapist and the few sessions I’ve had with her have already made a huge impact on my mental health.
