I also have particular expertise in social anxiety, post traumatic stress, divorce and separation, body image, women's issues, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, seasonal affective patterns, and family-of-origin work. I'm experienced in supporting clients managing multiple co-occurring challenges and those navigating fertility and food-related concerns.
