Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Kentucky with the majority of my career being in an outpatient community mental health setting as a psychotherapist whereas I have treated a wide variety of mental health conditions. I have worked with clients between the ages of 5 to 60-years-old. My niche in clinical practice is through the lens of attachment, specifically the study of how we humans relate to one another via our brains and through means of our sensory system!
Often times, my therapy style has been described as integrative yet down-to-earth. For starters, the space you and I come together and make, I hope will never be a judgement location. Therapy should be a safe place where you turn to be authentic--blunt with thoughts, feelings, and or emotions! Heck, there will be times where I hope you are okay with me doing the same (as I am human too)! I formulate therapy through what is called a "Strength-based" approach, which essentially means, I believe we humans show up to therapy with the already skill(s), we just need to recruit them, or dig around in our "toolbox" for them! I could go into the second point here and explain how I am a hippie at the soul.... but that would be for another day (insert smiley face here!) While in session, I listen to listen, then I talk when I feel the need to talk! Sometimes I do ramble, but it is relative to topic, I promise. I try to be a #real therapist. I authentically try to balance sensitivity (handling folks with care) while then assisting to growth (as I am being hired to do). And if I do not uphold that balance, I request for you to be authentic with me and let me know because I believe that is quality of care!
Even in my earliest days in social work, I was an advocator for change. Meaning, in session there might have been times, where topics became "tense," but I would always remind myself (first), then the client that tension can be a beautiful catalyst for change (depending on the perception). I am not an impulsive therapist; I do not do anything in malice intention! I stand NOT to be the expert in your life, or the space we hold presence together. Previously seen clients have provided feedback such as: "Incredibly smart at what she does." "I have never felt more comfortable in therapy!" "This is the first time I've ever opened up to a therapist!" "At times I felt overwhelmed with the amount of information Stacey gave me, but she listened when I voiced my concerns." "She takes her time with you even if she goes overtime, it is worth it!" "Very complex therapist and thinker!" "Either you like her style, or you don't." "I loved how Stacey explained the why's to me when she asked me questions!"
This space is inclusive to all races, ages, and is a LGBTQ+ safe zone. Please ask any question(s) you might have.
At current, my work schedule is as follows: Monday-OFF; Tuesday-Thursday10:00am to 4:00pm; Friday 10:00 am to 4:00pm then 7:30pm to 8:15pm. *I am considering night appointments, perhaps Tues-Friday 8p-11p, depending on the interest of clients so if there is a need/interest please feel free to chat with me about your particular need! *

Excellent character, excellent provider
Extraordinary gift to listen and adapt to each person's needs. She works hard to find next steps and provides insights that are crucial to personal development and betterment.
Stacey is incredible. Very good at listening and fostering a safe environment to talk. I also love her approach to sessions where she has topics prepared but, always ready to listen and go down a different path if you have current things on your mind you really want to discuss. I definitely recommend her.
I have deep childhood trauma that has affected me in personal relationships. My Therapist Stacey really makes me feel comfortable enough to even make the first statement. If you need therapy and a therapist that’s down to earth but effectively tackles issues with you. Book her!!
She’s awesome, understanding, laid back, very professional
I am completely new to therapy of any kind. Stacey made me feel comfortable and safe to share even the hardest things. I am very glad I had my time with her tonight.
