About me
My goal is a provide a compassionate space for clients the better understand themselves, gain clarity, and develop tools and skills for growth. For over 10 years, I have provided individual, family, and couples counseling to clients across the lifespan. I use an integrative approach with an emphasis on multicultural theories to create a collaborative process where clients can explore solutions in a supportive environment.
I work individuals, couples, and families to explore, clarify and find solutions for a variety of issues and concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, intercultural relationship issues, parenting issues, and career specific issues. I am LGBTQIA affirming therapist.
“There are many ways to get to nine.” While the desired outcome of therapy can universal, the path taken to get there will be uniquely yours. I use a diverse set of evidence-based practices to help us find the right path for you.
