Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Stacia Gilstrap. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I've never had a therapist work with me not only around my mental health but working around my illnesses and autoimmune issues that arise and is so understanding and non judgemental about my ever changes in schedule due to that and family issues. I feel she understands I'm doing my best with what's thrown at me and checks in and out sessions are always so amazing. I have nothing but trust and respect for her . 10 out of 10 recommend her to any and every one
I know I'm not the easiest to client but I never feel judged or dismissed
I feel heard. My goal is to respect her time better if I'm not feeling well or overwhelmed I would hate lose her as a great sounding board
Thanks Jessica Murphy

I have always had difficulty talking, especially about my mental, emotional, and sexual health. Stacia has this gentle spirit in her approach in helping me open up. Each session I feel I gain a little more confidence and insight into how to communicate about myself and in understanding myself. I wish all clients had a professional like Stacia.

Stacia is easy to work with because talking to her is like talking to a friend. She has helped me greatly in accomplishing some of my personal goals and I would recommend her practice.
