About me

Hi there! My name is Stacy Anderson and I'm so honored to be entrusted in helping you with the difficulties you're experiencing right now.

I provide the space for clients to share their triumphs and struggles in a safe environment. My style is laid-back, relaxed, and non-judgmental. I have a background in working with those struggling with major life changes, dealing with narcissistic personality partners/breakups, and have the skills needed to get you back on track and making better decisions for your relationships (both with others and yourself).

In your first visit, you can expect to be greeted with a warm smile and a listening ear. The first visit will be where we get to know one another. It's important in the therapeutic relationship that you not only tell your therapist what's going on in your life, but what you need from me as well.

I create a space for just that. When talking with me, you will feel listened to, be asked some clarifying and background questions, and be given some possible alternatives that you could try in order to live a happier life. What you will not get from me is someone who will tell you what to do. I believe that it is your life and it is your decisions to make, but that I as the therapist am there to help guide you to make the best decision for you.

I can't wait to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

Stacy has made me feel comfortable talking to her about my situation. I have not felt judged or my feelings diminished in any way. I have been pleased from session one.
