Stacy is awesome! Have been working with her for a couple months and am very happy with all of the feedback & resources I have gotten from her. She is also very responsive via chat when I’m not able to hop on a call. Looking forward to continuing this mental health journey with her.

Stacy is an absolute Godsend. I’m in my mid 30s, new to therapy and decided to seek out help for postpartum depression/anxiety after having my second baby in two years. I was actually misdiagnosed by my first therapist and almost quit, but decided to give Stacy a shot after reading her profile. It’s only been a few months, but she has helped dramatically change the trajectory of my life already. I went from feeling absolutely hopeless most of the time to now feeling like “the veil is being lifted” as she says. She helped me figure out what’s really going on with my mental health and I am now being treated for the right diagnosis. Stacy is such a kind, warm hearted person who really makes you feel understood and seen. She gives you very easy to digest goals for the week too. She’s so compassionate and has a gentle way of helping you see reality, plus she has a great sense of humor. I feel more like myself, but a better version, every time I speak to her. She is such an intelligent person who really knows what she’s talking about and I love that she backs things up with scientific facts and biological explanations. I can’t say enough how much I love her as a therapist and would recommend her to anyone, but especially moms and people with adhd, anxiety, depression, ptsd, etc.

I tired therapy before and i had a bad experience. I was hesitant to try again. Then I signed up for BetterHelp this year and was lucky enough to meet Stacy. She’s the absolute best! She makes you feel comfortable to share anything. I couldn’t be happier with my progress so far and I look forward to making myself a better person.
