About me
As a Mental Health therapist, I engage in a system of exploration that is geared towards finding the connection between your thoughts and feelings and how this affects your behaviors and causes consequences. I believe it is important to develop an awareness of how the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of your being contribute to balance and wholeness of you as an individual. Most issues we deal with are interrelated, positive change in one area will cause a change in the others
My clinical experience is diverse addressing issues related to behavior problems, anxiety, depression, grief and other emotional problems through individual, family and group sessions.
As a therapist I believe treating Mental health is my life work that is about helping others heal while providing hope. I love having the opportunity to provide an unbiased and nonjudgmental environment in which clients are able to express themselves and grow in a direction that is important to healing. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to assist others on their path to recovery.
My office setting is handicap accessible with a private entrance and exit for privacy purposes. I maintain the traditional working hours Monday to Friday. Weekends are on appointments only.
Client first visit is mainly geared towards assessing the client and to determine whether there is a fit between the therapist and client based on the issues they're are
