I was skeptical about trying a therapist I knew nothing about. However, Better Help matched me with Stephanie, who was a perfect match for me. She listens, she validates my concerns, she interacts with me in a helpful way …. And gave me homework ! I am grateful I decided to bite the bullet and try online therapy. I’m certain I am receiving sound help and I’m practicing already newly learned concepts. There’s no way I couldn’t come out of this feeling better :)
