I am thoroughly enjoying having Stephanie as my therapist. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety!! She is helping me dig into the root causes and finding ways to better cope.

Stephanie is the real deal. Plenty of people claim to be therapists, but she has a real depth of knowledge and experience in her field as well as soft skills. She’s a really good fit for me and I trust her. I believe she would develop this trust with anyone because she’s just that good and a hard worker. Doesn’t take me or her job for granted- its obvious she isn’t going through the motions.
