First time in therapy. This is a really great start with Stephanie Kandie and I feel reassured that I can eventually move on and heal. I'm learning to recognize my triggers, manage my stress and anxiety through self care with the help of Stephanie.
Stephanie is kind, easy to talk to, and has helped me significantly. She is the first therapist I have worked with who really helps me to get at the heart of the matter and has helped me to get my life back!
Stephanie was great! Very responsive, even during the week when we aren't in session. Sent encouraging supportive video when I was in crisis, and helpful worksheets for me to work on negative thought patterns.
