Stephanie is so easy to talk to. She cares about your needs out of the experience as well as provides strategies that can be applied immediately.

Stephanie Melton is a fantastic therapist. She listens with great compassion and empathy and she meets you where you are. The truly best thing about her is her willingness and openness to learn and look into things that she may not be familiar with. No one has all the answers and finding someone who's willing to acknowledge that and keep learning is hard to find. She's good at what she does and is a genuinely good human. What a gem.

I feel confident in having a therapist that resembles me and helps me understand my reasons for choosing to be in therapy and holding me accountable for the goals selected. Stephanie is very understanding of my traumas and findings ways to help me live the life I deserve and not allow my traumas to have a hold over me.
