Hello! My name is Stephanie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois.
My counseling style is warm and conversational. My goal is to help you identify how to overcome your current worries and stress. My primary work has been helping clients overcome significant life changes and the stress that comes with those changes.
I have enjoyed working with men and women of all ages but particularly women navigating work, children and common life stress. Staying committed to who we are as individuals while balancing work, home, and family can be stressful and overwhelming! I have experience working with those struggling with infertility and child loss. I also have experience working with traumatic brain injury, stroke, and dementia. The stressors that follow a chronic illness or diagnosis can be debilitating on their own. I am here to help guide you through these feelings and find your best coping strategy.
Depression and anxiety can feel consuming. I do not believe in one size fits all therapeutic approaches and will find what works best for you and your unique circumstances.
I would be honored to join you on your journey to feeling empowered.
Sending you peace,
Stephanie

Stephanie is great!! She’s the type of person who can help you see things different, but also comes as one of those people who you can easily grab a drink with. Down to earth. I can def recommend her especially if you need someone to talk to, talk therapy is her jam! She’ll give u some good homework for the week. And I can tell she has a good heart. ☺️
