About me

I've been helping people work through life transitions and crisis for the past 20 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My work is focused predominately on mood disorders, self-injury, abuse, and building healthy relationships. I truly believe that everyone needs someone to talk to sometimes. Trained as a Mental Health Counselor and Creative Arts Therapist, I've been able to utilize a variety of techniques to guide people to personal insight and growth. Everyone's experience is unique, there is no cookie cutter solution to your situation, so I will tailor my interactions to what you need. I will challenge you and help you be your best version of yourself while supporting you toward your personal goals.
