Stephanie has been amazingly helpful for me. I was not sure I wanted to start therapy - I knew it would be helpful but I have had trouble finding the best fit. Stephanie immediately made me comfortable and I never feel judged or scared to be honest and open with her. She genuinely cares about what I’m saying and is very cognizant of how to deliver her advice in the best manner. I recommend!

Stephanie is so easy to get along with. It felt like talking to a friend (who wasn’t biased and was a licensed therapist with formal education). I could just talk about my day to day troubles or dive into my past traumas during the sessions. I felt validated and I walked away with actual tools to help me. It’s different seeing self help on the internet vs having someone who is trained in the field guiding you. I only spent two or so months with her but she has helped me make milestones of progress on things I’ve been struggling with for basically my whole life. I unfortunately couldn’t keep up with the price of Better Help and my work schedule was conflicting. Stephanie was my first therapist and definitely wont ever forget her and how much she has helped me.

I would absolutely recommend Stephanie all of the time. We have structured and unstructured meetings, depending on what I need. She listens and never pushes. She understands complex situations and supports me in my needs, even knowing that they may shift and change around me week by week. She adapts and supports where I am, not just where I want to be. Absolutely wonderful experience with her as my counselor.

Stephanie is assisting me with my anger, anxiety, and gender identity. She’s been extremely helpful in just a few weeks. I even had a good week and she allowed me to just sit there and talk for the entire hour on our video session. She’s doesn’t judge and is encouraging. I use this platform more for a sounding board, and she’s been helpful in making my thoughts be clear and concise. She’s great. Would definitely recommend.
