About me

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and have been working as a therapist since 2012. My experience as a therapist includes working with adults, couples, families, and adolescents in an office setting as well as online. I have worked in an outpatient setting as well as in residential. I have assisted clients with a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, interpersonal issues, adjustment issues, relationship and parenting issues, crisis, and teen concerns.

In my work with clients, I use some leading psychological modalities, such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Strategic, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My approach is tailored to each individual person and believe that each person is unique and I make consistent efforts to meet each client “where they are.”

Stephanie is direct, kind, and insightful. She has helped tremendously with understanding the trauma I have experienced throughout my life as well as the patterns I created to cope with my trauma. I have recommended Stephanie to several of my friends.

Stephanie is so patient, and understanding. I feel as though I’m able to openly express my thoughts and feelings without judgment. With Stephanie, I feel like therapy is worth it.
