I think that Stephanie is a really great therapist. She listens and gives really good advice and insight on my issues. I always feel so much better after my sessions with her. I do believe that the more sessions I have the better my mental health will get and I’ll be able to heal from my trauma.

A good active listener with broad, general, non-judgemental advice, I have found her counseling to be very valuable in terms of increased self awareness and perspective, but maybe primarily in terms of just feeling better after sessions, during weeks when I've had a session, etc. Recommend/Endorse!

I have really enjoyed meeting Stephanie and she helped me get past some really negative feelings I was experiencing. She provided me with other ways to view my situation and some techniques for accepting some of the things I experienced. Most importantly, she gave me insight into accepting my emotions, feeling them, then releasing them.
