About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado with over 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I approach therapy from a humanistic (means looking at you as a whole and not just one aspect of your life), psychodynamic (means looking at the root of the emotional suffering with self-reflection and self-examination) and trauma informed (coming from a place where knowledge and understanding of how trauma effects all aspects/areas of a persons life) perspectives. I meet all of my clients where they are at with respect and compassion, for what you are attending to in your current life.

Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started and looking forward to working with you on this journey.

Stephanie is a genuine person and a fantastic therapist. She really listens to what I have to say and reassures me often especially on subjects that may be older.
