Hello and welcome! My name is Stephanie Zeid and I am a Licensed Psychologist and Neuropsychologist in the Houston, TX area. I work with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, health conditions, and complex medical problems. I combine different therapeutic approaches based on my patients’ presenting concerns, goals, and motivation, such as, cognitive-behavioral, brief therapy, mindfulness, client-centered, supportive, and solution-focused therapy.

I feel very lucky I was able to be matched with Dr. Zeid. I probably wouldn't continue to want to login to BetterHelp if it wasn't for her. She is brilliant, honest, thorough. She is giving me all I need and I just love to be in contact with her.

I really enjoy working with Dr. Zeid. I am new to counseling. And she does a really good job at listening to my concerns/issues. She asks all the right questions and really makes me think on things. She also helps me stay engaged with the services by reaching out to me. Which really helps and makes me feel like I do matter .

I love how supported and validated I feel when sharing my experiences- I have a tendency to gaslight myself, so it’s nice to have my feelings and experiences validated and given a response
