My experience with Dr. Smith has been absolutely life changing. I starting seeing him for video sessions at a time when I wasn't doing well with my anxiety. Within a few sessions I saw very serious improvements in the way I deciphered my thoughts and emotions. Really appreciate what he has done to help me manage my mental health.

The short time I'm with Dr. Smith helped me already a lot. He listens carefully and if he doesn't understand something he gently asks to explain it differently or again etc. I feel very good with him and have big faith that he can support me to work through my challenges

Dr. Smith has a warm, quiet, and knowledgeable way about him. He listens, naturally, without intersecting his own biases. I personally dont take well to advice, but he guided me to where I need to go without a fuss- I didn't even notice it. He helped me out of a tough time by subtly letting me see my situation clearly. He did so without making any assumptions or inserting his opinion. He's great!

Dr. Smith is one of the most engaging therapists I’ve ever had. He listens compassionately, inquires often and isn’t afraid to point out self-destructive behaviour. His knowledge is invaluable and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Smith is thoughtful and engaged. He listens intently and then explores ideas/solutions/avenues that leave room for the patient to populate with their own perspective and style. I greatly appreciate his feedback and insights and look forward to working with him in the future. Thank you, Stephen!

I’ve been meeting with Dr. Smith for about a month and his insight has been very helpful—great listening skills, good pace in the dialogue and good insight on how to help me where I’m feeling stuck in life. I would indeed recommend him to others on this platform! I’ve found it very convenient and easy to schedule, journal, and share notes with him when I want to in preparation for my next sessions.
