Steven is understanding and explorative in ways to help me through and not around my problems. He wants me to help myself before I can help myself with others in my life. Gives examples and paints a picture during scenarios

Steve is great. He’s helped me a lot over the months. Getting over a relationship, examining why I react the way I do, and helping me correct behaviors/take better control of my emotions.
I’m less bothered by things that depressed me, I don’t talk negatively to myself. A lot of healthy changes have come from therapy with Steve.

He is by far the best therapist I have had to date and I would not choose anyone else. He is always on time and we have great sessions and all my questions are answered. He responds quickly to my messages and anything I ask about he makes it happen asap.

I wanted someone to give it to me straight, and that is what Steven Brenner does. Not too straight - he is helpful with advice and lets me know where I can avoid pitfalls. Most importantly, he helps me see that I have value and the expectations I should - and should not - put on people to give me what I need. I look forward to our sessions. He has helped me immensely.
