I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in both Montana and Utah, with 23 years of professional work experience. My professional background has gifted me with the chance of helping so many awesome people from so many different ways of life. I work primarily with individuals from the adult population, ages 18-90. I've worked with people from diverse backgrounds; including different class systems; people from rural areas. This also includes people who are connected with indigenous tribes of the areas. I have also worked with ex military on and off over the years. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. You are all unique and different and I meet you where you are at and what you want to work on in this moment. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
