Within minutes of talking to Stuart Williams, my therapist, I felt at ease. He is so good and helps you to understand matters that have been discussed. He is very knowledgeable and helps with any questions that I have and explains how to work through any questions that I may have. I would highly recommend Stuart.

Stuart is a very friendly and understanding therapist and I have felt comfortable expressing myself from the start. He's always punctual and respectful and never feels condescending which I appreciate so much

We connected in the best possible way. He not only listens and mirrors (which you would expect from a mediocre therapist) but reflects on the sessilns and gives you food for thought after or in the next session. Friendly, relatable, professional. Would recommend to anyone

Stuart has provided me with extremely helpful guidance through a difficult situation and has helped me see myself with a different perspective

Stuart has a beautiful sense of calm about him. He is gentle and kind and gave me the courage to look inside myself a place I have been avoiding. Whilst his gentleness gave me the sense of safety his strength, courage and counselling skills gave me confidence to know he can not only cope but lead me in the right direction.
