About me

As a therapist and counsellor, I welcome clients from a wide and diverse range of backgrounds, genders and ages. I have experience of working with clients from the LGBTQIA+ community as well as people who identify as Neurodivergent.

I help clients with a range of issues including anxiety, depression and low-self esteem. Whatever you are feeling, I will listen to your thoughts and concerns with empathy and compassion and help you make sense of your feelings and emotions in a safe, confidential and inclusive space.

As a psychotherapist and a person with lived experience, I can help you to gain a deeper understanding of your internal world. As you gain a kind acceptance of why you feel the way you do, you can start to shift patterns of negative feelings and start to feel stronger and more connected within yourself.

Sue has understood my needs and listened with care each week. She is amazing at what she does and helps me to process my feelings. She’s taught me a lot and I will be forever grateful for our therapy together.
