Susan is the best therapist I have found on BetterHelp after trying out many over the course of a few years. She is the perfect balance of being a great listener while also providing helpful feedback/opinions and asking thought provoking/engaging questions that make sessions feel very productive.

Susan is very easy to talk to, and she puts you at ease almost immediately. Her suggestions make a lot of sense, and have been very helpful in alleviating some of my depression symptoms after only a few weeks in therapy.

Susan seems to have a wealth of experience working with clients of probably every type of psychological issue. I find she is compassionate, supportive and within two sessions she “got it” and understood how to help me. She is also very responsive and replies to every journal entry I’ve made. Very thankful to be working with her.
