About me

If you’ve been feeling anxious, exhausted, or like you’re just going through the motions for a long time, you’re not alone.

I’m an accredited psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience supporting people who feel stuck in survival mode, emotionally drained, or constantly on edge. I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship struggles, or a sense of numbness—even when life seems “fine” from the outside.

I also have experience working with PTSD and complex PTSD, as well as trauma in many forms—early emotional neglect or abuse, domestic violence, workplace trauma, or repeated experiences that left you feeling unsafe or hyper-alert. Often, people know something isn’t right but struggle to put it into words.

In our work together, we’ll look at how stress and past experiences show up in your day-to-day life—your thoughts, emotions, and even physical reactions like tension, restlessness, or feeling “on edge.” Together, we can explore ways to feel calmer, more in control, and less driven by stress or survival responses. I won’t push you to relive the past or force change—we go at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Trauma isn’t just about what happened in the past—it’s also about how it affects you in the present. Whether it comes from a single event or years of pressure, loss, or feeling unseen, it can be worked with over time.
