About me

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nebraska, I bring 28 years of experience to helping my clients. I am passionate about helping people identify solutions to their challenging personal and workplace issues. I like to use a solution focused approach to therapy a lot of the time which begins by considering what life will look like when you have accomplished your counseling goals. Then we work backwards from there to help figure out how we can help you get there. I think of counseling as an active partnership in which we are setting goals and regularly reviewing your progress towards those goals. I want you to feel like you are making progress and that you know how to measure that. I can help you manage symptoms of depression and anxiety, identify coping strategies for effective stress management and assist you in improving your relationships with your family, with your significant other, and your professional associations. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
