About me

My name is Susan Fox. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor(LCDC) with 35 years of experience. I have worked inpatient and outpatient in a mental health hospital. Dual diagnosis includes chemical dependency issues accompanied with a mental health diagnosis. I have experience helping people with anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, career issues, stress, coping skills, domestic violence and anger issues.

My approach is eclectic which means I am well versed in many ways to deal with problems. Together we will find what works for you. I am a good listener and can help you with the confusion of your thinking and feelings not matching.

I got my Master of Science degree in psychology from Texas A&M university in College Station, Texas in 1983.

I enjoy Susan Fox’s methods of therapy. She asks deeper questions to really make me think versus the surface based questions I’ve already asked myself. I’ve tried other types of therapy and have had no satisfaction until meeting with Mrs. Fox. She has really changed my outlook.
