I’ve only seen Susan for two sessions so far, but I really feel seen and heard for the first time in a long time.
“You’re not making something out of nothing. You need to see that your trauma is real.” That hit. So far I’m really happy with Susan and her help.

I have had 4 therapists before Susan. One of them was excellent, but short term. Susan, however, has gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met in therapy and that my goals are clear and realistic. She reaches out several times a week to make sure I’m doing well and to see if I need anything. She assigns me helpful exercises and responds to the journal entries I send her. She also reminds me to be proud of my accomplishment. She supports and encourages me in all I do and pushes me to take the steps I need to, even when they’re challenging, to meet my mental health goals. Susan has amazing knowledge and experience with many of things I am going through and need therapy for, including trauma and BPD. She has also helped me a lot with codependency issues and learning CBT and DBT skills. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone in need of therapy, but especially young women with BPD or PTSD. Thank you, Susan for all you do!

Susan has been the most amazing therapist I could have asked for. Not sure what to expect as a newcomer to therapy sessions, Susan soon put me at ease and I knew from our first meeting that I was very lucky to have her. She is incredibly thoughtful and kind in the way she works with her patients, and she deeply listens to find the best solutions. The growth I experienced from our sessions was greater than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for an amazing therapist!
