Susan has been very attentive to what I say and has always been able to grasp the main issue behind much of my distress right now. She has good resources to recommend, good advice and guidance to give, but mostly she makes me feel that I have someone helping me get to a better frame of mind so I can better handle my life in a way that is true to myself.

She is very nice, and she’s straight up which I like. Not like straight up mean or anything it’s more like she tells me how I can fix something and like what I should do and you know, I could tell if she cares and knows what she’s doing.
