I have been working with Susan for almost a year.I needed someone whom understood chronic illness & it's daily struggles. Susan helped me feel heard, understood and not so alone. I will forever be grateful for all the help & tools she has given me to navigate the complexities of of illness. My husband whom is my care taker had also became ill with nerological illness and Susan was a huge sounding board for me when I couldn't discuss these issues with anyone else, she also helped me understand His struggles too. Her council has been invaluable.

Susan has not only supported me with managing my anxiety but also a breakup, moving house and more. I always come away from our sessions feeling more confident and assured. Our sessions have given me a whole new perspective on various things past and present that has helped me move past issues that have been holding me back.
