About me

Hi, I’m Susy.

I am an Integrative Counsellor (MBACP) with additional training in Energy Leadership™ Coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, persistent overthinking, stress that feels difficult to switch off, low confidence or a sense of being stuck in self-doubt.

You may recognise yourself here:

• Your mind spirals into “what if” scenarios
• You replay conversations long after they’ve ended
• You struggle to switch off at night
• You experience anxiety under pressure
• You doubt your decisions and second-guess yourself
• You carry a quiet belief that you’re “not good enough”
• You find it hard to set boundaries or express yourself clearly

My approach is integrative and collaborative. We explore how anxiety and overthinking are maintained — including stress responses, nervous system activation and underlying belief patterns — and work toward building steadier emotional regulation, clearer thinking and greater self-trust.

I aim to offer a calm, structured and psychologically informed space where insight is combined with practical tools for change.

This approach may feel particularly helpful if you are self-aware, reflective, and looking to better understand your patterns while also developing more effective ways of responding to them.

Susy has helped me to no end after my relationship ended. I was devastated and Susy was able to teach me how to identify and better communicate what I was feeling and why.
Susy taught different techniques to manage different emotions and used various materials to explain things in the best way for me to understand.
Thank you Susy.
