I have had two sessions with Suzanna Meyer and am signed up for my third. I am not in crisis but it has been good to speak to a trained neutral party about life's heavy and dark times. I have gotten some solid feedback and realistic useful steps forward. I might morph to an in-person counseling situation in the future.
