About me

I am a qualified therapist working with clients integratively (BACP registered). I draw on humanistic and psychodynamic modalities.

The potential for change rests within you. However, our problems sometimes stem from what is not within our conscious awareness.

Through our therapeutic relationship, we can build your self-awareness and establish and work towards the goals you wish to achieve.

You are the expert of your story, and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

I offer a warm, collaborative, therapeutic relationship focusing on your needs. I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist and welcome neurodiverse clients.

I work online with clients who have been living with addiction, trauma, self-harm, childhood sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, physical health problems, identity issues, sexuality questions and issues, depression, anxiety and stress, grief, women’s issues and redundancy.

I believe we have historically created the best methods possible to overcome childhood wounds and relational trauma. However, these scripts may no longer serve us and limit our potential. We can explore these limits and potentialities together.

The combination of my journey, professional experience and training enables me to offer a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate approach. I will sit in the space with you no matter what feelings come up for you.

I undergo regular supervision, have full insurance per BACP guidelines, and adhere to the ethical code of best practice.

“The attempt to escape from pain creates more pain.” (Gabor Maté, 2009).
