I am adept at helping children of immigrants address needs special to their situation (e.g., fears of "fitting in", other anxiety-related problems, depression).
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, person centered and solution focused therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I have had experience with 3 different therapists over the years Svetlana is my 4th and by leaps and bounds is better then any of the last she lets me say things in my own way and is still able to understand me and give excellent feed back and provides me ways of thinking of things or looking at things that don’t come off like she is just trying to make me feel good but that I can actually connect with and put into practice in my life she is awesome and I’m truly thankful she is my therapist.
