Syeda has helped me through some really tough things, she listens with no judgement and makes sure you have tools to help yourself. I always lead the sessions and we talk about what I need to but without there being a pressure to talk about things I may not feel ready for yet. She is very knowledgeable and it shows in how she responds and can explain to you the reason behind your feelings and how you can help yourself. Its clear in our sessions that she wants to help and is a very easy person to trust. My confidence and self esteem have grown tremendously and she has made me value myself which I never thought I would. I am already a much happier, better person and my life is the best it has ever been and she has given me the tools to look after myself as well as someone I can confide in and taught me so much about myself and realise who I want to be.
