I’ve had many therapists over the course of my life (I’m 57). And some of them were terrible. Sylvia is excellent. She has helped me navigate the areas I wanted to work on and progressed with me to address other Challenges as they arise. Highly recommend.

Sylvia has been consistently
Helpful and somehow very easy for me to trust. I find she paces out things and has a very good sense of when to push and when to listen. I appreciate that she clarifies the purpose of her questions and she reframes things and makes it clear what the objective about re visiting our past is for. I really find that Sylvia remembers things about what are important in my life and she can speak very personally to me while maintaining a lot of kind and warm
Professionalism. I will keep working with Sylvia and so happy with what I have found on better help. It’s way better help than I imagined it would be. Very convenient too.

Sylvia is great at what she does. She’s a great listener, coach and matches the energy I need, both in support and providing critical insight that I sometimes have a hard time seeing myself. She’s exactly what I needed at a very critical and pivotal part of my life. I’m very grateful for her.
