I started with Sylvia less then a year ago and I have seen several therapists in the past. She is by far the most effective yet compassionate therapist I have ever had. She is insightful. She gives me resources to use on a regular basis. I never feel alone and I have access to her and she sends me things that help me on a continuous basis. I feel so grateful for her. She is honest, genuine and very knowledgeable. I would recommend her 10/10.

Sylvia is an excellent listener and I can tell she cares. She gives ample time to either process or speak into the current topic. We’ve been able to establish a connection quickly. Also, I’ve been able to apply what has been discussed and seen results as well! I’d highly recommend Sylvia as a therapist!
