Life comes with challenges that leaves us questioning many things sometimes. Asking for help is not always easy. I seek to create a safe space as I assist you in identifying the issue(s) and finding a solution. My goal is to assist others in not only finding the answers, but gaining and maintaining the tools to sustain an emotionally healthy lifestyle. My approach is strength-based, trauma informed, and solution focused. By utilizing techniques and process of cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, dialectical behavioral, and supportive therapies; my services are culturally sensitive. My experience includes working with people from all walks of life with the mission of helping others help themselves.
