Very in depth and articulate in helping me understand my inner world. The best experience I’ve ever had with a therapist and very excited for the work I am putting in with him.

I was not sure about therapy however I was to a point that I needed help so I said I would try it as it couldn’t hurt Theyazan Kohaif (Theo) was my assigned therapist. I could not have known that this would change my life. I look forward to my appointments and talking with Theo. I never feel like he judges me he listens and we actually just talk about things I also look forward to the follow up suggestions that I receive after a therapy session and try very hard to incorporate them into my life
Betterhelp also keeps all my session lessons on my page so I can go back and review them as needed, which has been very helpful.
If you feel like you just need help and don’t know where to to turn I would highly suggest you try Betterhelp as it could change your life. I really needed them and didn’t know how much until I tried it

Very easy and friendly to talk to. Really helps organize my thoughts. Offers multiple other ways to look at everything. Helps take something I thought was a negative and help look at it as a positive. Always look forward to our talks.

I’m genuinely grateful to have found this therapist. For the first time, therapy feels like talking to a friend - a very wise friend - who brings calm, positivity, and a sense of grounded energy into every session. It’s not rigid or distant; it’s dynamic, warm, and human in the best possible way.
He listens deeply and somehow understands what I’m trying to express even before I fully understand it myself. That kind of insight is rare, and it has made a real difference for me.
I’m truly happy I started this journey, and I feel very lucky that he is the one guiding me through it.
