Welcome! My name is Tabitha and I've been a professional counselor for over 10 years now. I've worked with a wide range of people with many different challenges. I'm struck with how diverse we are as people and how different our problems present while most go back to the same core of issues dealing with purpose, intimacy, acceptance, dealing with our past, and managing the changes life brings us. My counseling style focuses on the present, using your strengths increasingly, and managing problems and hang-ups more effectively.
Additional areas of focus: Addictions, Trauma and abuse, Intimacy-related issues, Eating disorders, Sleeping disorders, Parenting issues, Anger management, Self esteem, Career difficulties, Bipolar disorder, Coping with life changes, Compassion fatigue, Adoption and Foster Care, Body Image, Cancer, Chronic Pain Illness and Disability, Commitment Issues, Communication Problems, Eating and Food-Related Issues, Family of Origin Issues, Family Problems, Forgiveness, Guilt and Shame, Panic Disorder and Panic Attacks, Self-Love, Social Anxiety and Phobia, Women's Issues
Clinical approaches: Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy

Tabitha has been a huge help for me with my anxiety. She is always caring and understanding, and she asks questions that help me think about things in a new way. She's really helping me unlearn some bad habits and mindsets! I highly recommend her.

my experience with Tabitha has been great so far and it exceeded my expectations. she is very repeatable and I don't feel that I am talking to a therapist. I never felt judged which helps a lot to open up. I look forward to my next sessions and the insides I get trough them.
