Tami Byrd, LPC
About me
I'm a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem concerns, drawing on a deep understanding of how these issues interconnect.
My practice centers on helping people address communication patterns, explore life purpose, and heal from experiences like abandonment, guilt, and shame. I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and life changes, as well as working with men, couples, and families facing conflict, infidelity, or blended family dynamics.
I also bring expertise in workplace stress, military and first responder experiences, addiction recovery, and life transitions including divorce, midlife shifts, and young adult challenges. My approach is grounded in compassion and practical insight, helping you build healthier relationships—with others and yourself.
For clients who value faith in their healing journey, I'm honored to integrate that perspective into our work together. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you lead, and I walk alongside you with genuine support and care.
