My therapist is able to understand my thinking and translate it into real words for me. I feel heard, seen and validated by Tami, and I appreciate how much she values my long term goals and aspirations. I am excited to break through barriers with her more and more as time goes by.

Tami is a wonderful woman! Very welcoming, reassuring and absolutely lovely. Counselling is not as common or certainly not spoken about openly, in the UK, in my experience. I was reasonably nervous and didn’t know what to expect! I almost cancelled but answered and was pleasantly surprised. Tami is such a warm person, I relaxed instantly. She is changing lives for the better. It’s only been a short while but 5/5 thus far and to come I am sure!
