Hello, my name is Tammy and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 13 years. I have been fortunate in working with people of all ages and with various life experiences. My area of skills includes anger and conflict management, interpersonal issues, peer relationships, stress management, marital issues, and school related issues. Throughout my career I have worked with families that are experiencing stress or conflict, couples who are struggling with interpersonal conflict, and individuals. I practice Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.
